Enrolling at Collinsville State School is a simple process.

Step 1: Please initiate contact with our school office to begin the enrolment process.

Step 2: Download our enrolment form (PDF, 467 KB) and our parent information booklet (PDF, 1.1 KB). Copies of these documents are also available from the school office.

Step 3: Attend a short interview with your child, meet the teachers and arrange a starting date.

We would like to invite all of our prospective families to come and visit our wonderful school as this is the best way of getting to know us and find out more information about what we can offer you and your child.
